| MINI2 Master | I have cloth sports seats Can be a pain (in the lower back at times) Extra £170 for sports seats but they are worth it and are better than the dodgy standard pattern on MINI ONE's ![]() S for Smiffy "Kids in the front seat cause accidents, accidents in the backseat cause kids!" |

| Nice TTs......... | In my other car, I find that if I set the seat too low, and you are pressing the pedals in kinda horizontally, it can cause back pain.....do you set the seat low?? I have standard seats, and while they are grippy, they arent very comfy....... ![]() Global Moderator |

Offline | Would agree with you about the dodgy patterns on the standard seats thats why I asked but can't really afford to spend £170 extra although I suppose it would be worth it in the long run!I could do away with the sunroof....... |

Offline | I totally disagree with the pattern being dodgy on the standard seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT < I will agree sports seats are a must,,,,, I only have a standard one and it hangs on like glue in the bends......which means my arse is flying towards the passenger door on a right turn, the seats really needs some additional support....... which you obviously get in the sports seats! They are a must , like the covers or not..... £170.00 is cheap for seats. |

| MINI2 Crash Test Driver | I found that my sports seats were uncomfortable at first too. The first day of proper driving, where I drove the thing for about 3~4 hours , I got home and I had such a pain at the lower end of my back that I could hardly sleep. Its got much better now. The seats just have to get worn in, thats all. Spanky2k Officially the worst MINI driver in the Universe!!! |

Offline | only £100, you sound just like the MINI sales guys, "oh yes sir, the sunroof is only £500" hehe but I know what you mean, in the long run its not a lot.Looks like I may add that to my list as well, my mate has a brand new clio and it does all that stuff so he would have a real laugh if my mini didn't do it! Another thing while I'm here (you lot are gonna be fed up with me!!) the sales guy say they can't come down on price which is fair enough but do they have any scope to give you some free goodies like a chrome grille or is that a no-no? Thanks for all the help guys! |

Offline | The mats come with the salt pack anyway. They won't budge on price but you could try to blag them for bits and bobs from the accessories range. I managed to get a leather handbag, brolly (both for her indoors of course) and a key ring altogether valued at £50. I also got a full tank of petrol and tried very hard to get other stuff but failed. |
