| This is such sad news Phil, thanks for all the work done on my car, I hope when things turn around again you will be able to get back into the business as it is obvious you have a very loyal customer base. Until then I wish you and your family all the best for the future. Glad you're not leaving the scene altogether  |

| Absolutely gutted  .... I got my stripes off Phil and they were top quality, what a mess the nation's businesses are becoming.I really hope that one day you will return to the "Pirate" studio... I really wanted some graphics for my roof and some Sill stripes as well  .... really don't want to use Ebay  Hope everything goes as well as possible Phil and thanks again for the great service you provided me and so many others on here !!!  |

| just like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to everyone for your kind words and messages via email or PM. It means a lot to me as I have made a great many new friends and I can at least have the thought that I have made a difference to some peoples lives over the past few years. And 30 years of skill and experience doesn't disappear overnight so we hope to bounce back in some shape or form one day  This has been a extremely tough decision to make but my family comes first. Again not going through all the details but when the banks are not willing to help even with a full order book and the prospect of a wonderful opportunity 2009 is for any business connected to the MINI market, 50th anniversary and so on, its really disappointing that the banks truely don't care about individuals or their lives - they are only concerned with the figure at the bottom of the page. - rant over ! So I'm still here, alive and kicking 'til the last as I have a lot to get sorted in the coming few weeks. Hope to get to a few shows during the year and see all your wonderful MINIs - remember drive them with care and FUN  Phil |

| I think your time designing sometime goes unnoticed Maybe we could start club priate, with a buy in cost of sy £10 or £20 per year then those folks get a reduced design rate? I would buy in. |

| Phil Really really sorry about whats happened to you, I recon you are the most respected sponsor on here, nobody has ever had a bad word to say about you. The bank is a discrace - They have our money and have been told by the government to support small business so things like this shouldn't be happening. Its even more sickening when on the news this morning Northern Rock are paying bonuses  Have you contacted your MP? Good luck for the future |
