World Launch - Made In England Graphics

With this year being a very special one for the Mini MINI community, Mini Pirate is today proud to launch our exclusive new decal range in celebration of the car we all love

welcome to our Made in England range.

This is a unique and never seen before range of decals that we have designed to fit the first and second gen MINIs. All produced with our usual dedication to quality of design and production - you wont find these anywhere else on the planet !

At present the range consists of:
Bonnet Stripes (to be added to our website in the next 2 days)
Side Stripes
A panel
Side Repeater and Scuttle plate

The above are available from today and we will be adding to this line for full Roof graphic, Boot graphics, Viper sets and more.

So want to be the first, then what you waiting for.

@ Rakey .... the Mini and the Union Jack go hand in hand as iconic symbols together - always have and always will. And last time I looked the MINI was Made In England ... the end

I think Rakey is refering to the fact "made in England" although using the Union Jack, not that the Mini and the UJ do not symbolise together, it is to do with the fact that its not the "england flag" which would be the red cross on the white background, where as the UJ is for the United Kingdom?

This is a graphical representaion of 2 iconic items that symbolise together in what ever language you speak !

MINI and a UJ go hand in hand, Mini is made in England - no political message required !

Exactly it, attention to detail, stating made in England but using the United Kingdom flag, bit of confusing message IMO

A tag line like Made in Britain would be more relevant and would not alienate potential customers from Wales or Scotland. England is a country that divides and splits sales and does put people off.

what we are doing is not following the 'sheep' by going down the 50th anniv route which is an obvious direction many people will take.

Mini Pirate prefer to be original by combining 2 icon items in a celebration of the Minis historic achievement.

As my announcement states - there is more to follow so you haven't seen everything yet !!! and don't be fooled by our imitators.

Rakey - I understand your comments but now this whole thread is tarnished by negative comments - cheers !

As I say above - we have combined 2 icon items in one graphical representation, Made In Britain doesn't have the same ring so its Made In England which the MINi is.

I will be closing this thread. We fully take onboard critique in all its forms as its easy to criticise - if you don't want to make a purchase then thats no problem but some people have and will.

Well I personally think that they look great and wouldn't change it... When I eventually go down the r56 route I may be after a set for the side scuttle thing - so don't stop doing them!
