| Awwww %%%% it! | I took the scenic route over the weekend - Goyt Valley etc etc , fantastic Until the the brake warning light came on lol @ Macclesfield being so "far" away - I think you're closer than all the organisers Manchester was very much the area of choice for most people from the feedback so hopefully we'll get a big turnout from all the NW lot for starters For International travellers, fly into Manchester Airport as your preferred option. |

Offline | Good Choice of Hotel, Bob, I've stayed at Shrigley Hall a couple of times......great location, good food....... I'm sure this change in "geographical" location will encourage a few more of us "Northern" types to attend in 2006.....plus with it only being 40 miles from me, it will mean that I may be able to get baby sitters this time round, as it doesn't necessarily mean an overnight stay......... Well done! Robert |

Offline | On the run front, one of the North Wales peeps (Lukeybabe) is organising a run for us around the peaks during july this year....imaginatively called "the Dambusters Run" as it goes around the lake that the Dambusters used to practice on.......it may be worth a PM to him to see what his route is......??? |
