Hi,

Was wondering if it would be possible to fit a aftermarket head unit in to a R56 mini cooper, would you be able to make a wiring loom up to allow me to do this and add amps etc.
i was thinking of modifing a pannel on the front of the dash where the current one is to allow me to fit in the space.

What would the disadvantages and advantages of this be?

What is the output of the standard head unit for the speakers if i was to add a amp etc for the rear speakers?

I suggest contacting mikeythemini on here as he specialises in the audio instal, but yes it is possible but a custom dash would be required,downsides as always is the cost ,a one off dash made or altered would be expensive
