    Hi Adam101,

    I have been looking through the mini forum looking for information about installing an aftermarket hid kit and I can across your post. Can you spare a few min to assist me?

    I have a 2003 mini cooper with standard halogen headlights. How did you get the hit bulb to fit? The H7 bulb is shorter than the HID bulb. Did you remove the metal covering inside the headlight?

    How was your beam pattern? Did you have to adjust your light after the installation , to angle them down?

    What kind of hid kit did you use, the normal ballast or the slim (digital) ballast? Did you get any light out message?
