Hi

Am probably going to buy my first Mini (R53 cooper s) tomorrow. Have two kids (4 year old, and 11 week old) both fit in the back fine.

However if I also pick up their 3 year old cousin, does anyone know if say my 4 year old can sit in the front passenger seat with his booster - not sure what the law is on this or if its still dangerous cause of the air bag (I no rear facing baby seats in the front are a no no).

Does anyone know>

Recommend you only do this if you can switch off the airbag, as airbags are designed for use by adults in crashes, an air bag could kill a child

The normal suggestion is that if you have to have a kid in the front seat who can use a booster it's best to have the seat as far back as possible.
