MC57 and Baby

Well it's been a long time since I was here. It's a whole different set of info I need this time round.

Can I put my future baby in a car seat in the front of a 57 mini cooper? And although I know there is a massive topic on this what really is the best place to start deciding on a pram?

Thanks and good too see everyone

Hi.
My baby is now 10months old.
We have THREE prams

Quinny Zapp used with the maxicosi car seat.
grea for the shor trips. Indespensable during the first few months but baby can only stay 2hrs.

So we bought a Maclaren stroller for her to lie flat. Was a bigger one (techno xlr). Used alot coz it's real comfy and lies flat for her to sleep in. Sturdy for holiays abroad and long walks. We lie one of the split rear seats back to fit it in but still have at least 1/2 a boot for small shopping.

Wife found the Maclaren a bit heavy tolug in and out coz she's only petite so we bought a Hauk that lies flat. It's one of the early ones and fits in boot no probs. Check the measurements coz newer models are a bit bigger. Very light and open and close with one hand.

Hope this helps a bit

Thanks for your rersponse. Why can the Quinny be used for a certain time?
New mummy still learning!

My husband has been measuring the boot and looking at a variety of ways to hold a pram so thought I would gather some suggestions for him.

I love the Silvercross prams the modern styles but I think I could be out of luck!
