United-Kingdom Baby Car Seat Protector for Mini Cooper 54

Hello
I've got a Mini Cooper 54 plate and am about to put my little boy into his first forward facing Group 1 car seat (Maxi Cosi Tobi).
I'm worried my seats (fabric not leather) will get marked from the weight of the seat and also from any possible 'accidents'.
Can any parents suggest a protector to go between the seat and the car seat?
I have seen this:
Prince Lionheart 2 stage Seat Saver Black:... Prince Lionheart 2 stage Seat Saver Black:...which looks like it would do the job but seems very wide. My back seats are quite narrow.
Hope this makes sense!
Thanks in advance xx

We've used one of these for years in various MINIs with various car seats. Does a good job: Neatseat™ : mothercare- Nursery Equipment, Maternity Clothes & Baby Shop

Hi Paul, a friend has one of these in her Fiat 500. I thuoght it would be too wide though. Presume ot fits around the raised seatbelt clips okay?

Yep, it has indents in the right places. We've used it on all MINI models to date and I've not had a problem.

If you can park near a store I'm sure Mothercare will let you try it out before you buy.
