Wales How do I know if my Mini has isofix seats?

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum so apologies if this question has already been asked, but I'm curious to know if my 2005 mini one D has isofix seats? If so, how do I tell?

Thanks in advance!

Check the backseat, do you have these? (Metal studs)

Yes? ISOFIX!
No? Unfortunately no ISOFIX...

If they're not as obvious as the picture suggests, put your hand between the base and back of the seat and have a good feel for anything metal. They can sometimes be quite inconspicuous so make sure you have a good rummage around

New picture:

ISOFIX should look like this:

It *is* possible to retrofit, but you need to cut out pieces of the leather/cloth in the rear-seats...
