Just wanted to share the news our great happiness with all our friends here on MINI2.

This morning my wife and I visited the baby doctor for our second confirmatory ultrasound....you see it seems were are expecting our first child.

We are both just beaming with happiness. The reality of seeing the little being take form and moving about has me so awestruck. Been on cloud nine all day. Even after the MINI got plowed into (ouch).

At 45 now (46 at due date in July) I'll be a pretty old dad...but I feel so blessed that this day has come. Seems to confirm the link between buying a MINI and fertility, eh DC, Paul and Steve?

There is nothing quite like being a parent, despite all the trouble it also brings

I think you need to spec a convertible now, you can drop the roof down to get rid of "those" baby aromas

Hey, this is really great news for you both.

I don't think your lives will be the same again.

I am sure there is a MINI fertility link somewhere there

Of the 4 couples who were involved in setting up ClubMINI here in Queensland, two of them are now with child, 1 is expecting, and 1 couple are not interested. Pretty alarming though

I can also say that although my daughter is only 6 weeks old, there are very few things better than coming home from work and getting a "Daddy Smile"

Due date is July 19th.

Good thing the 9 month wait for the MINI taught me some patience

I'm SOOO looking forward to those "Daddy Smiles".....in the meantime my own earsplitting grin will have to get me through

LOL. Then be careful out there....the scientists are about to put out an advisory given the overwhelming evidence

Just to be safe....DON"T let your boyfriend drive the MINI....that will end all chances of fertility for sure
