Hello, Weve just got a mini cooper s and bought a maxi cosy XP car seat from Halfords - think they are about GBP99.00 this is about the best one we could find that fits in unless you get a britax isofit one which is quite a bit more expensive. But you must have the isofit in the car otherwise its no good. There is another thread here which goes into details about car seats. TheBMW one isnt that highly rated to be honest. We have a Mamas and paps pliko which goes in with one of the back seats down - so a bit crap - just bought a Maclaren stroller from Babies R Us - which fits in fine without the parcel shelf in - but there is also a thread on here about the quinny Zapp which aparently is only 2 foot long where folded - not yet available in the Uk but found it on a dutch website www.babycare.nl for 169.00 euros and they post to the UK.
