| You COULD pay through the nose for the official MINI/BMW seat, I did but only for it's ISOFIX approval (which I understand you don't have). The only other thing is to search here, and wait for an answer from someone else who's got experience. One thing to note is not all "experts" are the same, we had different results for the same seats at different centres when we were shopping around for the "next step" car seat after the infant seat. Someone with more experience of a car and/or seat can sometimes make it fit properly, and vice versa with someone less experienced making a good seat fit badly. We had a local "safety centre", they're good, so it might be worth seeing if you have an independent specialist near you too. |
