A couple of you have asked about the various 'base' options.

The 2 images show the light base, and the wooden base. I have requested a price for the wooden bases.

I have also requested an image of the light base actually in use.

Any other queries about this, please ask.

Cheers

Thanks tony.

Keep me posted on the base front. Definitely ordering a small block, but just waiting on the base info before paying etc.

I assume you are not limited to 50 orders? Dont want to miss out...

Pete

We are unleashing a monster.....

Art work for the large block was approved today, so a sample one off will be created as soon as possible.

However, I just thought you might like to see a rough comparison as to the size differential between the 'regular' and the 'large' blocks....

Oh my god its a whopper...... hopefully the clarity of the image will be superb.

Prices for bases as follows.... can be orderred singularly

Wooden bases:-

Small (80x125mm) - black finish £9.50 each
Large (200x125mm) - black finish £15.50 each
Large (250x125mm) - black finish £16.50 each

All prices exclude vat

I guess the smallest one suites the small sized block.

Sorry, no pictures.

Many thanks to John Kennedy for placing the single largest order yet, 1 large and 3 small.

Only 9 left to place before we order now!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont miss out on this offer - once the initial 50 are ordered, I wont be running another order for these as I have to sell 50 as a minimum to place another order - and its been way too much hard work....... Dont end up regretting not oredering. I think the large block is going to be very special, but dont over look the smaller one, as its a fantastic size and has a great feel to it.

i feel like i'm letting down the team but unfortunately i can't afford it here in south africa. at our current exchange rate (14.06 rands to 1 pound), the small block + shipping works out to 750 rand excluding the ridiculous import duties i have to pay for a 'gift' once it lands! argh!
if only this was done a month or two later!

tony deserves some praise and recognition from mini themselves in this regard as it is people like him who fuel the passion, loyalty and (i am 100% sure) the repeat buying of many and all things min!

its really nice of you to say. Dont worry about the change of mind - the UK sterling rate is killing a lot of overseas business, not just my little offer!!!!

Sure we'll sell the rest of them anyway.

Cheers
Tony
