Saw this online at Gray's Online Auctions:

Can anyone tell me where I might get a scale model of a CR/W MCS with a sunroof. I've actually seen one that has the sunroof and doors that open. I'm told that it's common for MC owners to have an exact model as well. If I can get one it will make the waiting until April go quicker. Won't it?

i know MINI do a good selection of models your dealer should have them on display or ask for a MINI mercahndise Brochure. Kyosho do the best 1:18 scale

I've only seen one set of MCS - it's kitted with the Oracari (sp?) kit and other rice enhancements. It only comes in black or EB.

That's the one I've bought recently (mine's blue) and cost me $20AUD. Yes $20AUD.

It's one huge mofo to navigate between tight corners in the house.

To date I've bought 3 Mini R/C in the past week.........

The dealer ones are pretty good - made by a company I can't remember their name

I've got the exact specs of my car pretty much apart from the wrong colour roof

Hey Tux...

We were talking about this in Aussie banter the other day for a few posts - I found a MCS in CR/W with a sunroof about 8 months ago just after I got my car... I think it was by AutoART or AUTOart - it was very good - it had S spokes etc... I went back to buy it and it had gone

The dealer only has t colors for the MCS - a DS/W and a BRG from memory - no CR/W

- IF you have a MC, there are hundreds of them in just about evrery color imaginable!

I have a CR/W MC scale model bought from the dealers. It`s made by Kyosho and has an opening sunroof. I bought it cos I couldn`t get my hands on a real Mini.....still can`t yet. PM me if you want it....

You can still get these from your dealer.

Tux is (I assume like me) particularly after a MCS - with the sunroof...

I saw the Kyosho 1:18 one yesterday, I nearly creamed my pants when I saw it - it's virtually the same **** as the Greendevil minus the white strip on the bonnet

Too bloody bad it's $448HKD or almost $80AUD for a toy? The price tag stopped me getting it but if anyone wants me to get it for them then PM me.

Oh there are some tiny 1:18 MCS in all sorts of colours with all sorts of flags, nicely made too lol. $68HKD or $12AUD a hit, there's even a white one with Japan flag on top and the red dot all over the body. I have yet to find one in the Aussie flag though.

$80 isnt that much for a model - I have paid $250 for a model of my old BMW 2002... the dealer charges a mint for most of theirs...

only MINIs were 1/6 fastline RC MC and 1/43 Fastline RC MCS in IB/UJ roof DS/B & BRG/B&W Checked roof.
