I wanted to name this thread 'Boys and their toys', but seeing as there are several lady owners amongst us, and whom I suppose might be the same as to what this thread is about....

So, I wanted to know who here spends money on toys? Be it just luxuries or necessities. In the last few months I've bought myself some new toys. The biggest amongst them is my MINI Cooper - the best and nicest toy of 'em all - I just luuuuuuv that car! Other toys I've got are a Motorola Razr V3 mobile, Logitech DiNovo keyboard set, Nokia 9500 Communicator, FujiFilm S5500 digicam, Leica Lazer Distance meter (now there's a cool gadget!).... so basically.... who here are as mad as I am, OR even more so? Can it be that some of as are obsessive about toys and/or gadgets?

not too many in the way of gadgets, but am quite happy buying toys for my toy (the wee silver bullet)... latest addition will be 18s in the next couple of weeks...

Not obesessive, but I can't be satisified with anything less than the best in it's class. But I don't buy many things, but when I do it should be good. Since I have my S any toy I bought is somehow rlated to the S
A iPaq hx4700 for navigation and playing mp3, I even made a MINI skin for it:

Other than audio equipment and some cameras, most of mine are actual toys!...



I collect car models, mostly 1:43 scale, but last year I bought some really cool 1:18s and 1:24s as well.



Finally, in December 2004 I bought a 1:1 scale MINI Cooper...my pride and joy!!!

My toys are PKT RKT, a 1960 Mercedes 190 SL (Made in Mexico BTW), an RS1200 Bimmer bike, a Honda scooter and a couple or three race cars

A 1960 Mercedes made in Mexico??? Do you mean a real car or a scale model?
