I just added some new names to the list on GBMINI.net - but Leif / Inzeos is (still) not there.
http://www.gbmini.net/mtblog/archive...eabody_1.shtml

You have to email Paul Taylor (PTaylor@MINIpeabody.com) to register yourself - and be quick because they are up to 80 out of 100 now!

I'm happy to confirm that there is now a "Leif" registered - presumably inzeos ...

I want to go, I'd really like to do the rally, but somehow I keep getting left off.. (I had told Chris when I was at MINI for my service to put me on the list.. he must have forgotten.. oh well).. Anyways, it's Malibu's birthday that day, so I'm not entirely sure we'll be there or not, probably just as well to keep me off the list..

Stop the world, I wanna get off!!!

MINI Motoring Hearts:

I'm pleased to announce that MINI of Peabody will be linking their Spring Rally event to the new MotoringHearts campaign, with a plan to collect donations for the Jimmy Fund.

Here is Paul Taylors announcement:
At our April 23rd Spring Rally we will collect donations for the Jimmy Fund-Dana-Farber cancer Institute.
The event is free to all that attend, and you are under no obligation to donate. However- Any person who donates $20.00 or more will receive a high quality "MINI Motoring Hearts" Car Badge.

A description of the MINI Motoring Hearts Program is available on line at WWW.MINIMOTORINGHEARTS.COM. On this site, you will also find other ways to donate time or services. This is a very worthwhile and personally rewarding national program that MINI is funding and promoting, and we encourage all to get involved in some way.

In addition;
MINI of Peabody has donated a John Cooper Works Kit to MinisOnTop, all proceeds to go to the Make a Wish Foundation of Massachusetts. Any person purchasing a ticket at our Spring Rally will also receive a Car Badge.

Please see my weblog entry for more information, and pics of the badge

Wow, that's great. I was going to work on fundraising for the Jimmy Fund this summer, and if I'm not moving that weekend I will be volunteering to help at the Pan Massachusetts Challenge (Aug 5&6). My friend's 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia last year (on his birthday), and has been receiving care through the Jimmy Fund. She will be the 'poster child' for the Pan-Massachusetts Challenge, and I think will have her own billboard. I wrote to the event coordinators to ask if they needed a small crowd of Mini Coopers, but they couldn't think of anything immediately.

Thanks to MOP!

I've updated the names list on my website:
http://www.gbmini.net/mtblog/archive...eabody_1.shtml

With a week to go, there's only ten spots remaining! It's going to be fun but crowded next weekend

Haha - that's a good one Josh.
Forecast for 7 days ahead...? You may as well say it will be the opposite of what the forecast says.

I'll be another navigator-less person for this event, of anyone wants to team up.
