Great to hear.
Any of us that autocross at Devens are fully aware of Ayer's enforcement. Especially the significant downtown drop.
And last I spoke to the CCA guys, I think this is the last summer there. I hope they find a new place soon. I wonder about that country club/racetrack place that was being built in NH.

In the April 07 issue of "SportsCar", SCCA's membership magazine, Randy Pobst (professional racecar driver) uses his full-page column to describe him getting a ticket in L.A. The title of the column is simply "National Motorists Association."

Here's the last paragraph:

"Why so we put up with such things? Well, guess what, you do not have to. The USA is still a democracy. Fines like this are about revenue. Taxation without representation. What can you do? Join the National Motorists Association (NMA), National Motorists Association. These are the same fine people who helped bring down the oppressive 55mpg national maximum speed limit. I am a lifetime member, and Jim Baxter and his staff are our heroes, working to improve and protect the interests of North American motorists."

So, Kriation, how did things turn out? I am in the very same situation (pulled over for uninspected auto) and would be very interested to hear how things worked out for you...
