I just called H.C. MINI and the person I spoke with had no idea about a MINI event at F1 Boston on Feb. 18th... The person I spoke to told me that there was a BMW/MINI show at Gillette stadium that night, but there was not a MINI only event, and there was nothing at F1.

.....anyone know anything? Was the person I talked to just uninformed?

The planned H.C.MINI / F1 Boston event was cancelled due to non-MINI reasons. New plans are still being worked on and hopefully won't also be cancelled.
Hopefully we'll hear from H.C.MINI before the event happens!

BTW, their website still claims the cancelled F1 Boston event:

Thanks for the info...I would have just shown up if you hadn't mentioned that. The person I talked to acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the MINI event. Well, perhaps they didn't.

Got my emailed and snail mailed invites to the MOP event.
I'll be there. I remember going to the launch event of the first 'New MINI' at the BMW showroom near the mall before MOP existed... Seems like a long time ago now...

Got our (two) snail mail invites as well. Mine was sent to my old address though...even though I personally watched Joel update my address in the MOP computer over the summer. Hmm.
I really wish I could go, I will have to visit another time to check them out.

Got mine too. Two. One for the '03, one for the '06. I'll be last minute about going or not -- my daughter has surgery on her shoulder the day before, and I need to stay loose. Hope to be there, though.
