I suppose i will introduce myself aswell, what the heck. Although i too am not a frequent of this forum (i usually am on NAM by the same name) I have been a MCS owner since June of 06 wanting one ever since thier initiation in 02! Love this car more than my S2000! (I know the guys on S2KI.com would hate to hear me say that)
I am Really looking forward to some drives/events once the weather gets nicer! I am movin to North NJ very soon too. Also, when does Mini's on Top take place ???

Hey PortMCS!! I just sold my S2K this past December and purchased my MCS a few weeks later! What was your screen name at S2KI?? So far I love my MCS much better too, as the S was stored all winter ..... hopefully I don't miss the convertable too much this spring!! Overall, I'd agree, the MCS is a lot more fun to drive.

Oh, and my intro!! My name is Dave and we've been driving Mr Bean for just over a month now (when I can wrestle it away from my wife!). We live in "the sticks" of Barrington NH. I'm a DB Anal-yst at Comcast and my wife is the Art Director for Bavarian Autosport. We look forward to our first MOT and other motoring adventures with fellow Mini owners (and former S2K owners )! Here's a pic of us the day we met Mr. Bean at Herb Chambers.

Hola! My name is Beth and he's Louis, together we're bethandlouis. I know terribly creative. We live in Newport, NH (recent transplants from Germantown, MD). We live in a converted schoolhouse that was built in 1792. We have owned our Esmeralda (2003 Silk Green MINI) since March of 03. We have been married for 3 1/2 years (together for 9 years) and we've never looked back. We have NO children. There is no plan for children and chidren are not forth coming. We are the proud parents of 3 dogs (Libbets, Sherman and Newton (Border Terrier, Jack Russell Mix and Chihuahua)) 1 cat (Willow (mongrel cat)) and 1 bird (Keiko (a blue headed pionus (parrot))). Louis currently works as a Desktop Publisher for a Localization company in Frederick MD. I work at the Staples Copy and Print Center in town. We really enjoy the MINi community and this year will be our 5th year at MOT.

I always loved that picture. I am usually refered to as " the loud fat guy with the goatee in the red mini" I spend most of my time at mini events trying to meet as many people as possible. Consider yourselves warned.
