Offline | Boston Folks - Detailer? Hi everyone, While I typically do all the detailing work on my MINI myself, I'm finding myself stretched for time lately due to work, etc. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a detailer in the Boston area. Best if it would be close to Lexington or Newton. ![]() Thanks! |

| MINI2 Master | Are they using bath towels!?!?! My god, the swirls and scratches! ![]() Can you tell I trust no one but myself? (that way I have no one else to blame when I mess things up...) I'd love to go into the business, if only I had the time. Octaneguy over on nam charges $400 a pop! Anyway, I'm happy to give advice, and still intend to hold a detailing day soon if gavin happens to have the same one weekend free this summer. ![]() |

| Rabid Motorer | I thought the $400 was on a MINI if he was giving instruction? Otherwise, I got the impression it was quite a bit more. Maybe I'm wrong about that. Either way, I'd love to have someone do my car the way he does. (This inappropriate innuendo brought to you by the early hour and partial cup of coffee). |

Offline | when i am feeling lazy, i go to Dr. Detail in the Cambridge Side Galleria Garage. I think they also have one in the Prudential Garage as well as the Atrium Mall. I think its 25-30 for interior+exterior. I never get their detailing package ~$150 (i think) since they use Armoral which i hate (makes everything feel greasy). Revs, they're the #1 replacement for displacement Boost, it's the #2 replacement for displacement |
