I agree, the old guy's face is too placid. His mouth should be open and his eyes should be squinting a bit as if he's trying hard to listen. I prefer the hand behind the ear than the megaphone thing. Ask Secco to pose to get the perfect expression. You should add a frantic looking old woman in the passenger seat! We're not all old guys, you know! There are old gals, too! I'm as nutty as you are with Minis!

The old man's face still doesn't have enough expression to indicate loss of understanding. His hand is too straight behind the ear. It should be cupped behind the ear. Now, where is the frantic old lady? Perhaps you should make TWO logos, one for the old guys and the other for the old gals?
