Offline | Thank you Gavin and Jane for hosting us in your beautiful home and for sharing the great wildlife stories. And Josh, thank you for teaching me that I should at least wash my car more often. I may even pick up some Zaino this week. Baby steps... |

Offline | I thought the purpose of this Detailing Day was to teach others "how to fish" so to speak. From the pictures I've seen it looks like Josh was doing all the work! Were the others just sitting to the side eating BBQ, quaffing some ales and enjoying the sight? |

| Rabid Motorer | It was only my car that Josh washed. Really, he was demonstrating a couple of different things there: his 10-minute carwash technique, and buffing/polishing with a Porter Cable random-orbit polisher. Just so happened that both were demonstrated on my car! |

Offline | Strewth mate, is that what you were trying to say? I mean when you pulled out that angle grinder I thought "Crikey - this guy is fair dinkum" Everyone should know that the car was clean - it is just that it was dirty when I cleaned it so now it has a bazillion scratches the size of 0.000001 nanometers all over it. Nothing that the angle grinder - I mean PC 7424 - can't fix... ![]() '05 HB/HB MC MMC #324 MID # COOP845 |
