But Joel looks dopey outside of it!
Thanks to everyone for the great time we had. Good friends, good food, and cool cars you can't go wrong.

That had to be the muddiest, wettest, British Invasion EVER! At least of the six I've been to

I'll have loads more pics in a day - late back last night, then had to catch up with F1, and the pics are mostly on Margarets "pocket" camera to minimize lugging the Nikon around in that weather.

Never mind, with Margaret and with good friends it was still a great trip

Vermont weather at it's best - wait, wait, wait... it'll change! 5 minutes later and it was pouring wet raw Vermont again. What a swamp. I actually tried to dry off the R53, just to have it rain again. I met Luis and his Taxi from NY. He was hard at it all day fending off the rain and taking in the photographers. Great showing of classic Minis and new MINIs despite the mucky, wet, sloppy mess. Watching some of the other cars (TR-6s and Jaguar's) manouver the muck was entertaining. Jason's R56 is reeeeally yellow. A freind in Stowe invited over for dinner so we missed the drive afterwards. Nice to meet and see you all.

Cheers, Thompson

Didn't get to stop by for this, but did drive through Stowe around 2 -3 oclock on Sunday. Think I might of spotted SNID in his new Mellow Yellow......Rte 2 by Killington?? Was with 3 S2000's on the side of the road waiting for a 4th. Saw a whole bunch of other MINI's, Triumph's, MG's, and Jag's on the road too.

Photos are up on flickr now. Some of them were taken with a roll of 800 film that was still in the camera from something prior, so those have a fair bit more grain, but they still look decent. Click on Smart Joel's car below...
