Pbraun (the illustirous mini/MINI man himself) has invited all from this forum. Unfortunately, he has had recent difficulty loading MINI2, else he'd be welcoming you personally.

Why? – Summer MINI Celebration

What? – Cookout and Bratwurst share, MINI Car Show, Lawnkhana, Scavenger Hunt, trophies and goodie bags, dash plaques (limited #), prizes! At least five MINI vendor is already lined up as a "Sponsor"

Cost? - $15 to cover dash plaques (first 100 registered only!), beverages, prizes. and fabulous authentic Bratwurst, and more!

Schedule – (tentative)

10-12, Arrival, registration, socializing Live DJ
12-1, Cook provided Bratwursts on grill, share a meal
1-2, Lawnkhana on grassy back yard, Tech Session
2-4, MINI Car Show - Nearby large parking lot use requested - informal MINI RC races
4-6, Scavenger Hunt in local area
6-7, More brat cooking and eating

Yes, I know it says somewhere that pre-registration closes today, but I will still take registration forms and payment anytime up to the start of the event, as long as they come to my desk here at MINI of Fairfield County!

Bring 'em in! Fed-Ex 'em, DHL is fine!!!!!!!!! Already got some that way!

That will all make registration on the day of the event easier and quicker - everyone still has to :

1) sign waivers
2) get your event car # card
3) get your goodie bag

There's a version of the reg form on GBMINI, if you can't find it elsewhere ...
