Deep Sea Fishing - Hampton Beach, NH - 08/19/07

Hello Everyone. Like I posted before, I am putting together a Deep Sea Fishing trip. I have gone several times in the past and it is always a lot of fun. We will be going out of Hampton Beach, NH for an all day trip.

All Day Fishing - 8˝ hours
This trip takes you 12 to 20 miles from shore, with 20 miles being the norm. Cod, pollack, haddock, red fish, wolf fish, hake and sand sharks may be caught. On calm days keep your eyes open for surface activity, whales, sharks, tuna and dolphin.

When: Sunday August 19th 2007
Where: State Pier, Hampton Beach, NH 03842
Time: Boat leaves at 8am and gets back in at 4:30pm
Address: 1 Ocean Blvd., State Pier, Hampton Beach, NH 03842.

Pricing -
Adults: $56.00
Seniors: $52.00
Children: $42.00
Rod Rental is $6.00
  • These are normal prices, a group of 15 people or more will get us a discount of 10%.
Parking is available near by for $4 a car.

Maps and Directions

I tried to pick a day that wasn't planned to closely to other events, and the weather should still be nice for a mid/late august trip. Please post if you will be attending. If you need any more information just let me know and I will post it up for everyone. I will also make a list of people attending and update post #1 for easy viewing.

Random Information -
In the past I have brought my own lunch in a cooler and snacks for the entire day. Its good to have rain gear also just in case (better safe than sorry). Its also best to wear clothes that you don't mind if they may get messed up, keep in mind you will be handling the bait for your hook. Lastly bring a sweatshirt or a coat, the ocean is usually a little windy and cooler than on land.

Since this is a bit of a drive for the RI crew and some of the MA crew to begin with, the drive up will be pretty straight forward and right to our destination. If people want to organize spots a long the way to meet up and slowly get our group together that will be fine, but I will not be organizing that .

Attending:
BWROOFCHEX and David Parker
BE4TNUT - Chris
Jar - Jarlath
RIMINISJCW - Bob
MisterMini -- keith + Father -in-law

Wish we could make it. Off to Buffalo that weekend ending up with the Finger Lakes Run on the way back. Hope one of you catches a big fat cod.

Pete,

Please add my father-in-law to the list. He's really excited to come.
