Offline | Maine MINIs? Hi- I'm having a 2005 JCW MINI S coupe delivered shortly. No MINI dealers in Maine, AFAIK. What do Maine (Portland-Brunswick areas) do for MINI service, etc.? Thanks! |

![]() lost in the ozone again | MINI of Peabody (MA) or Herb Chambers(Boston). MoP was considering a second dealership in mid NH , but it's on hold or in the can. Sad really. Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine are second class citizens it seems. oh well, welcome to MINI2 anyway. Check out any local garages to see if maybe they can perform routine maintainance.....DO NOT get oil changes at Jiffy Lube type places. IMHOout of my mind.........back in five minutes. |

Offline | We have our services done at MOP. Fortunately we haven't had anything terrible go wrong with the car in the past 3 years. I do my oil changes on my own and it is pretty easy. Buy the oil filters at the dealership or check Ebay. Getting a socket for the oil filter housing makes life easier as well, again, check ebay, should be about $5. If you get into dire straits you could probably check the BMW dealership in Falmouth and they should be able to order parts from MOP and install for you. With the Mini Roadside Assistance program they will pick up your car and drop off a loaner for you. Welcome to the Maine Mini family. |

Offline | Ol Yeller, You still doing oil changes on that old yellow clunker of yours, hasn't your new baby arrived yet.? I was only thinking new tires. Benjamin ( in my old clunker) is now running non-run flats and can tell the difference. After a great weekend at Come to MAMA I now have to think about Lowering springs and a new sway bar. How about a garage party this fall to bolt some new stuff on. Brad and Ben |

Offline | If the car is still under warranty I suggest MOP. If it's after warranty I would go to Autowerks in Freeport. They seem to specialize in BMW,MINI and Audis. This is my first post because I didn't think anyone else from Maine was on here. |
