In the episode, George admits that someone he knows is a "very handsome man". Jerry makes fun of George's phrase. George then ponders his making the statement, and wonders if he is gay. Later in the episode, with his fears unassuaged, he is thrust into a situation where he gets a massage from a man.
Upon his return to Jerry's apartment, he is most visibly distraught, obviously showing much more concern about his sexuality. When Jerry asks him about the massage, George tells him that it was a MAN who gave him the massage, and, what's worse, George thinks "IT" moved during the massage!
Guess you had to be there...
