Thanks for volunteering! Yes, we do need folks to help with T-shirt sales so we greatly appreciate your volunteering! Just send me a PM with your contact information and we'll sign you up.

(you know I'm joking, Steve!)

Sounds like a good plan. Just build it and they will come.

Wow- That's about as believable as the idea that Hollywood would remake a film classic like "10,000 Years BC"

Call for MOT 2008 Volunteers!

Head over the the MINIs On Top website to read about our need for volunteers at large and volunteers to head-up specific areas of MOT 2008. There is a link to the latest MOT 2008 Organization List that you can check to determine the areas that need volunteers. Should you wish to volunteer, please send a MINI2 PM to Theo (Theo), Ian (GBMINI), or Michael (m2smith).

Your help is greatly appreciated in making each year's MOT one of the largest and most successful MINI events in North America.

The list is a bit confusing. It says the openings are those that say TBD in red, of which there are only a few, but I assume any line without a name is in need of a volunteer, correct?

I of course should be put in there for the concours, and hopefully can help with packing and/or materials this year.

Will there be any somewhat organized drink (beer/wine/soda/etc) swap this year? If not you should still encourage bringing some to share randomly over the course of the weekend.

Correct. One can imply that we are looking for "Heads" of areas (the TBDs), volunteers for the detail under the Heads, and general volunteers who are OK helping out in no specific area.

Terrific! We'll add you specifically to lead-up the concours competition and provide general help with the packing efforts.

I presume that we will have a MOTOR venue Friday night that will have bar service. So, I would NOT suggest the swap be operational there. However, if someone with a ground-floor room would like to host the Beer Swap cooler...

It's going to be Space Blue - the only suggestion we received
