Yes, the second annual Advanced Driving Skills School (ADSS) for MINIs Only will be held on Saturday June 14th, 2008.
Hosted by the White Mountain Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America, with experienced instructors for every driver, you will have fun and learn important car control skills at an ADSS tailored for MINIs.
Last year's event was a huge hit, with MINI drivers not only enjoying themselves but more importantly learning how their own MINIs (and other cars) react in wet conditions, emergency braking situations and more. http://www.mini2.com/forum/3098435-post153.html
Held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (formerly NH International Speedway) in Loudon NH, the event takes place in a large parking lot. Learn how to control your MINI in understeer and oversteer situations, as well as how to make a lane change and still keep your MINI under control while bringing it to a quick stop.
Bring yourself, your MINI (and even a family member or friend, if you'd like) for a great learning and social event.
Sarah and I are considering it, but we can't commit at this point. That's also Father's Day weekend, and I'm not sure if we've got paternal plans, yet.
(The answer is "yes," of course, since you're reading this)
What's your reason for attending? not attending?
If leaning toward taking the driving school, do you have any questions?
The driving school is an incredible learning experience, whether you've been driving for nearly 40 years (as I have) or 4 (as you or your kids may have been)
