That town circle in Troy NH, is it a rotary or a town square? I had the mistaken belief it was a rotary and was surprised by an honking angry SUV driver that came into the "rotary" from the right from Rt 12. Jar yelled at me for cutting in front of the driver and said I missed the yield sign on my left! That was when we were going to Kimballs. Can someone explain this to me?

It's technically a town square. Usually not a problem getting around except when they're having some kind of event there.
If you want a traffic circle try the one they put in on RT 101 in Keene. When it first opened I watched a Vermonter drive around and around trying to figure out how to get out.
