Spring 2010 Mini Cruise Night

We are car enthusiasts ('07 Cooper S. & '66 GTO) with a small restaurant in the Cabela's Plaza (exit 42 off I-95), Scarborough, Maine. We have a tremendously large parking lot & always thought it would be a great place to host a cruise night. We're particularly interested in providing a venue in the New England area for Mini-Cooper owners to meet each other. Groups could use our lot as a launch-off area for organized rides throughout Maine & into Canada. What do you all think? Any other ideas that could be piggy-backed onto this one? We're open to suggestions.
