Offline | We got ours from Princeton Mini. The salesperson, Alan, has been a pleasure to work with from purchase through subsequent service visits. Top notch customer care ... I'd highly recommend them. |

| MINI2 Regular | When I was ready to buy last August, all the NJ dealers had long wait lists - and none could come up with a car in my timeframe - so I bought from Habberstad Mini in LI and had the car by October. But I work close to Princeton MINI and have gone there once for service. So far, so good... If there's going to be an Italian Job event, I'd gladly come! ~Paul 03 Elec Blue/white MCS Prem/Cold/Fog/Nav Ordered 8/9/02, Built 9/27/02, Home 10/29/02! 71 Volvo 1800E (weekend classic fun) |

Offline | NJ Area Dealers I live in Maryland and have purchased both my Mini's in far away Westchester, PA at Otto's Mini. I can certainly buy closer to home but like the dealership and my salesperson Danielle Tatum. Depending on where you are located in NJ, otto's may be a dealer worth considering. Zoom |

Offline | We purchased ours from MINI of Morristown. Our salesman Brian was GREAT! It's the salesmanager that we have a problem with. We got the MCS JCW on 9/22, and the next day (less than 24 hrs) it would not start. Had the Roadside assistance pick-up rdnzl, and the dealer sent me a loaner at work, but the towtrunk driver damaged one of my rims CHAINING down the MINI! I had to wait two days to get the MINI back, but it was a weekend, and when I noticed the rim, I asked that it be replaced ASAP, and the salesmanagers like well it wasn't my fault, so why should I pay over 500 dollars to replace it. So I had to file a complaint with MINI roadside assistance, and the end result, after MUCH aggravation, is that they will replace the rim, 10/14/06 and it costs the dealer LESS than 200 bucks!!! Had the dealer replaced my rim almost a month ago, he would have had a very satisfied customer. Now I'm sad to say that I would not recommend MINI of Morristown for a sale. Service, YES! The bottom line, ED lost a customer, or two because he didn't do the right thing for less than 200 bucks, that he would have got back from MINI anyway! ![]() The MINI is great though!!!! Had to vent, thanks for the ears! Let's get some NJ MINI's out for a tour or something! Mr. Jim ![]() The nightmare rides are back........... |
