Calling all MINI owners who are going up to the Mount Washington ride on June 21st...

I am going up Friday, June 20th. So far, I've been in touch with Frank (from the Wayne area, I think) and he knows of someone going from Ridgefield Park.

I'm in Suffern, in Rockland Cty., NY.

If you live in the lower Hudson Valley, Long Island, New Jersey and points south and yes, even Westchester and other points east and would like to caravan (MINIvan?) up on Friday, put a word in here and we will hook up somehow.

So far, all times for leaving, etc are up in the air. I personally would imagine noon-ish, so we can get up there by mid afternoon (6.5 hours on Mapquest should translate to about 3.5, 4 hours in MINI). Seriously, I'll be camping, so I'd like to get there before dark. Others are B&B'ing it or Motel'ing it, so they may be more flexible.

It would be great to hear from you!

I'll be heading up. Don't know if by the same routes, but will go out of my way for a proper caravan.

That is excellent.

At this point, since it is two NJ-ites and my self, I would imagine we are fairly flexible.

I would guess we will go Tappan Zee to 287, and from there all is open. Taconic to points north, 684 to 87, Hutch/Merritt to 91. Any others?
