Offline | Lawn darts, my dear man, are now, sadly, banned in most localities. One would place a plastic circle, kinda like a small hula-hoop on the lawn. Then with these wicked, winged steel pointed missiles, teams or singles would attempt to toss said projectiles into the circle. Unfortunately, some people would misplace the circle and substitute a younger brother, the neighbor's cat, valuable LPs, Mom's favorite hat, water balloons, or tyrants. Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear. |

Offline | We called them "Jarts". We used to play long range across a small pond in the neighborhood. They were eventually replaced with shooting steel tipped target arrows across the pond with fiberglas bows until Mark caught an arrow I shot by letting it pass through his open palm. |

Offline | 75% for the weekend people. But only 24 votes - and there were more than 70 MINIs. Does that mean most people don't care? Or don't know about the poll? Or are happy with the way the vote is? I guess it will be a Saturday evening drive ![]() I am just happy if it happens again. |

| Only Unbalanced | I didn't know about the poll! How come it's closed? Are we running out of time already for next years event? I vote weekend, as long as you can move it to the 21st again! It wasn't a weekend thing this year, it was a longest day of the year thing. d |
