United-States Spotted 1976 1000 Saloon.

I was out driving around during my lunch break and spotted a pristene solid white MINI on lawn for sale. I had to stop and check it out.Imaculate condition.Info on window:1976 1000 Saloon,50170K. $15900,50 mpg.Seems like a lot for a 30 year old car.Is it a classic? Anyone interested, I( could try to get more info.
