I usually abide by the Groucho Marx rule of club membership, "I will never belong to a club that would have someone like me as a member". However, the price is right. Thanks for the welcome. Let's see how long you feel that way.

I too subscribe to the Groucho rule. But my thinking is that the price is way too high to join.

MAMA should pay me as a consultant......

I've got a lot going on these days in the way of extended family stuff, it's been time consuming. Weekends get a little busy.

If I do appear, consider me to be a party crasher. Gives me the edge........

But, if I do I will most likely bring along another new owner from the Bedford (?) area, I drove him up to Peabody this past Tuesday to pick up his 2004.

Speaking of Peabody, they've been getting in truckloads of 2004 MINIs. The parking lot looks like the aftermath of a 50 car pile up when the dense fog clears. All the colors, all the combinations.

So I drove him up, being a nice guy (I have these rare moments, you see...). I've got to stop going there. This time it cost me $200 for the ProMINI BMP.

And I've got a milestone coming up: I picked up my car on Feb 13th 2003......I'll be cracking 20,000 miles within a couple of days.

And John: I've been noticing your postings have gotten quite a bit better lately. I think I know why....I found a pic of you and your computer tutors. I've got it on another computer though, I'll need to post it a little later.
