It's fun to give a thumbs up to MINIs when I'm in my FedEx truck. I always get a wave except from the stuckups.

You're right Gavin. As a matter of fact, Jeff Gordon did so well, that he would have qualified 3rd to last on the grid on that year's running of the USGP. The best parts were when Montoya seriously flat spotted the tires on Gordon's car, and Gordon couldn't figure out the launch control on Montoya's car and basically had to get a push start.

Personally, I CANNOT STAND JEFF GORDON and I might possibly stop watching F1 if he were in the series.

Is it because he is better looking than you are?

Why didn't I see that comming...he could have chosen black instead of Dark Silver...and the LEDs would have looked much better in the S's intake.

But then again, I'm just jealous of his looks and his stellar acting career.

Hey Gavin...Ask and you shall receive. I just saw on SpeedTV.com that they are rerunning the Tradin' Paint Montoya/Gordon episode that you wanted:

On Friday night, July 14, SPEED will once again air Tradin' Paint at 10:30 pm ET, immediately following a replay of Nextel Cup Series qualifying from New Hampshire International Speedway in Loudon.

Oh, and cyclotouriste: Yeah, that's it...Gordon is prettier than me. Note to self...must get help with jealousy of Jeff Gordon (once I stop laughing about that picture).

I figured you must carry some weight with their programming staff. Now, can you get them to stop allowing CBS to run 4 F1 races during the season, bring back the Isle of Man TT coverage, and show qualifying for MotoGP. Oh, and while you're at it bring back WRC on Sunday nights.

While you're at it, sever the Fox connection and bring back Speedvision the way it used to be.

Has anyone ever left their car and noticed their brake lights are still on? I did the other day (engine off, keys in hand) and noticed all 3 lights lit. Going back in and stepping on the brake pedal did nothing. Turning on the ignition and back off fixed it.
Must be one of those british electrical quirks programmed in oxford.

I read somewhere that happened for someone once ...
Do you have the "brake light mod" Josh?

No, but last winter I left my car and noticed it was still running - and locked with the keys in the ignition. Doh!! Had to call the wife to come to the bar and free me. I did buy her a beer for the trouble.

No brakelight mods. I have a brain cell or two twitching in my head that this may have happened before a year ago.

MMB, after once locking myself out of a running car for several hours and needing to pay a locksmith, that is why I always keep my MINI's wallet key..in my wallet!
