By the way, as I flipped from the last page to this one, my screen went all white! Yuck! What was the secret code to get it back the way it was? Did Paul make the change because he felt the black background was using up too much toner?
Right down at the bottom of the screen, there's a dropdown list - says "MINI2" now, but you can change it to "Black" or "Black Wide"; don't know why it all just changed - presumably Pauls doing live updates

Amazing what a difference 24 hours makes. Yesterday was a day of crap, today everything worked out right. Got word that the new place received my resume and heard from an inside source that mine blows the rest out of the water. Started tutoring today and helped out a lovely girl with her pre-algebra. I'll be assigned several kids to work with exclusively for tutoring, and assigned another group for college counselling. I'm already home and I'm trying to think of something to do. Tempted to wash the car, but it's supposed to rain on Thursday so that seems kind of pointless. I guess I could work on that bridge I'm supposed to be building for the mini-golf course....
Who? Me or OldPaint? I'm an irregular comedian, unlike Secco and Jock, who seem quite taken with their regularity. People say my face is my best punch line, er - was that what they wanted to punch??
In my real job, I sell imaging and document management software. Since my territory is the East and West Coast, I use web meeting software to demonstrate our solutions. It is really a great tool, and keeps travel to a minimum. An added bonus is they can't see my face!
In a bit of cosmic Karma today - I was demonstrating to a company near and dear to our hearts - The Yankee Candle Company in S. Deerfield! I told them I visited their parking lot and rest rooms in June - not sure if theat scored me any brownie (or calzone) points.
