That would be assuming that we wanted to be part of the conversation?

One thing I have to find in the course of unpacking is the cookbook that has my mother's pie crust recipe in it, and the apple pie recipe. I have to check on the apple crisp recipe too, though I was able to recreate that pretty well with the Joy Of Cooking's version.

There's a big debate in these parts over whether non-pasteurized apple cider should be banned or not.

Any recipe with butter, borwn sugar and apples is OK. Cinnamon too, of course.

We use cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. After our trip to Penzeys Spices down in Arlington Saturday we have a nice, fresh supply. (Did you know that most of the cinnamon sold in stores is not true cinnamon, but ground cassia root?)

Everything you always wanted to know about cinnamon, but were afraid to ask...

MoP this Saturday at 11:30 for my next scheduled service, and to get the airbag light to go away.

Anyone gonna be around?

Geez, that's the closest dealer for you? I probably won't be at MoP, but I'll probably be somewhere between Burlington and Peabody if you want to meet up for a bit. I'm going to try to make a dent on that 1250 mile break-in this weekend.

215 miles to MoP, 142 miles to Keeler. About the same driving time, though. Of course, the Montreal dealerships are only 100 miles away. ::

I may have said this before but I've been known to repeat myself...
There seems to be a higher percentage of Mac users amongst MINI owners than the general population. I know it will incur the wrath of Jock if we discuss it here, so anyone who wants to put forward theories should probably go to the geek thread...
I think I've probably said that before though, so ignore me if I'm repeating myself

Mmmm Apple Pie. We'll finish off our latest one (with apple we picked from Nashoba Valley) tonight after the pot roast beef that's been sloooow cooking all day. Yummmmm

Religion is like a huge dog. If it's yours it's very friendly and comforting, but it scares the heck out of everyone else.
