Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position S03's. They tramline much worse than the stock rubber, but you only notice that when doing straight line highway driving, which I try to avoid at all costs. When zooming around the curvy back roads, they're great. Really good on wet roads, and not too bad on water covered roads / puddles. It sounds like the other tire to look for is the Michellin Pilot Sport PS2, at least once it becomes available in a MINI size.

After giving my car a bath today I installed my sunroof graphic. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the results. I'm giving Matt a chance to respond before I post a topic on MINI2, but I feel embarrased about my car now. Looks awesome from a distance but within 10 feet it looks like crap. I was VERY careful when installing it and I'm not sure what to do.

Nope just the sunroof cover. Matt wants me to send him a picture now that it is done and may work out a deal for a "discounted" replacement. But I have no doubt the same thing will occur. All other vinyl graphics I've seen are wet-mount, and are super simple to install with soapy water. This is dry mount so once it sticks, that's it. I had placed it properly, but I believe thanks to the perferation, it just did not want to go down flat. Furthermore, the front had a paperlike backing that prevented me from seeing any wrinkles forming underneath while I still had a chance to smooth them out. Just considering the high cost and the advertised super-quality, I'm pretty POed about the outcome. Those on MINI2 and matt himself encouraged it is certainly simple enough to do yourself, especially for someone like me who does this kind of stuff themselves all the time and very careful about doing so. I have pictures, more will be taken today, and will post them when I get a chance.
