Max,
Apple are always opening new stores..!
Sorry to hear about the way Gateway treated their employees, that's just sly. Onward and upward..! good luck with the hunt.

I have two Gateway machines at home and between 5 and 10 at work. There won't be any more if they treat people like that

Hey everyone. Thanks for you kind thoughts but life is change and I always take the high road. Direct your feet to the sunny side of the street and accent the positive. I've never been defined by work but always pour myself into my endeavors. I win. They loose. Max is Max.

I'm proud of my contribution and the people with whom I associated. It was a good ride. Time to get off. Kind of an abrupt stop but off just the same. Life's an adventure and I always like exploring the backroads, coves, inlets and gunkholes. See you all on the mountain top.

Speaking of mountain tops..www.minisontop.com

Be there or be square.

Peace and Sunshine. Now Let's Motor! Life is good. Thanks my friends.

Much as I disdain PCs I disdain corporate america even more (or are they one and the same?). So, do we as a group decide the best path for Max to follow at this time? I imagine we could come up with some rather interesting venues.....

How does this affect your bidding on the Ian print? No corporate matching gift?

Condolences, sir. But I like your style. I have the habit of appearing with a bottle of champagne whenever one of my acquaintences gets downsized etc. How far away do you live? Maybe we could do a group MINI hug?

Yes, let's do a "group MINI hug" and I'll bring some champagne, White Star, too!

Hey, I've just been showing my sweet groom the MOT 2004 site and am trying to lure him into coming up with me on for the run up to the top. How long will it take us from Rye, New Yawk? He figures 6 hours...but he doesn't remember I'm driving the MINI Cooper.

Now, back to the "group hug"... hmm, how about New Haven?

First love: MC CVT Indi Blue/White '04
Past MINI: MC CVT PW/Black '06
Present MINI: MCCa Pure Silver/BLK '09 w/roof rails

OOOOH. OTRA is in the house. Told ya BB that they were harmless. Hope to see you on the mountain. I'll take your reappearence as a testament to my low key but persisent closing skills.

Now waddle over to www.minisontop.com and register.

And you other boys and girls direct your energies to this young lass who is in need of encouragement after an encounter with the Herb Chamberpot Award winning MINI of Westchester.

No affect whatsoever. Bid stands. The match from former corporation would NOT have split the cost but simply doubled the amount of my payment. Bonus to Whizz Kidz and Make A Wish. For your information, here are links to Make-A-Wish and Whizz Kidz
