| You can ride those things in the Bahamas (where I'm going at the end of the month )http://www.sub-bahamas.com/pages/what-are-subs.html To a qualified scuba diver they look very risky..! You need NO experience to ride one of those things..! This is what we're going for... http://www.dive-bahamas.com/pages/di...adventure.html ![]() Religion is like a huge dog. If it's yours it's very friendly and comforting, but it scares the heck out of everyone else. |

| Happy Birthday, Jackman Good on ya, Randolph Welcome to Soggy, a legend in the banter world and, I hope, a great source of fine UK slang. What is a melvin anyway? JB & Gavin, that underwater thing reminds me of when either Hammacher Schlemmer or Neiman Marcus tried to sell an ultralight mailorder. What the heck, just hop in and go. | Where is it I would love to check it out when I am back there later this year. My aunt and uncle have traced back our family line back to England and other parts of Europe for the name "Winslow". I am trying to get some of her information so I can check out some of the areas that my ancestors lived in. Kinda fun to see where you have been and came from. But I am going to hold you to that offer, I will get you to a MOT one of these years. Winslow 2008 R56 Cooper - Pepper White with Black roof -- "Oliver" |

| This is getting surreal... According to this 60's slang site I found, melvin is slang for a wedgie..! http://cougartown.com/slang.html I don't recall hearing a fiver called a melvin when I lived there... ![]() Religion is like a huge dog. | Well, gee, now I have my choice. If I wish someone a melvin, I am either hoping to increase their wealth or their discomfort. Hey, JB, may you have a couple of nice crisp melvins today. Happy Easter! Lawdy, Lawdy, the Cross I bear. |
