Thanks everyone! It is tricky, Ian, and it certainly involves a great deal of luck. I just ordered a remote for my camera so that I can use the bulb setting without having to touch the camera and risk blurring the picture. Never been to Chicago Josh, but we get plenty of storms here. You're a CT boy, you should know that. As a matter of fact, there's a blinding rain falling as we speak. As for my whereabouts, they've tinkered with the web filters again at work, and I try not to use the computer too much once I get home. Now, I must prepare for the Jim Thorpe run tomorrow. Nothing like driving 4 hours just to get to the rally. Oooooooh, more lightning!

http://www.boston.com/news/globe/automotive/ ..the latest articles there are 5/28 (AFAIK the automotive section is only on sundays), so I'm not sure what you saw in yesterday's paper...but I can't find it.

Spend some quality time in Tampa if you like lightning. It's not for nothing that they named the hockey team "The Lightning". I have a buddy who went to school at USF in Tampa (which meant I always had somewhere to crash when I went on spring break), been there a few times. Never seen thunderstorms with that sort of intensity and regularity anywhere else. Apparently it's the most lightning-heavy place in the country... -Ricardo

Listening to the Yankee game (sorry NoNo) and WCBS keeps running MINI ads for greatergothammini.com which goes to MINIUSA and highlights NYNJ mini dealers, which apparently have scratch-off tickets where you scratch off the mini roof graphic to find out if you win. Grand prize is a motoring trip for two across the pond. One thing I learned: Why does long island alone need 3 dealers?? I can't believe how many there are in the NYNJ area.

I loved watching him play. He is an excellent hockey player. The Caps have really been disappointing in the last couple of years. When they traded Bondra away the next time the Senators came to town he got a standing ovation. I'm glad to see that they are going to have Olie play out the rest of his career there. I think if they got rid of him then there would have been rioting. A lot of the players that aren't there I'm glad that they have moved on into systems that could use them more effectively. The Caps are in re-building years ahead. As long as we can hold on to Ovechkin then we may be o.k. The Caps are a really young team now hopefully they will be contenders in a few years. ![]() "Buy you a soda after the game?"
