| In previous years, I haven't tried to coordinate my F1 activities with MINI activities simply because the coordination of my F1 activities has been, well, uncoordinated. Just making it to the track in a timely and orderly manner has been a major accomplishment. Plus I check NAM about once a year, so I can't honestly say I'm up on what they've been doing. But maybe in future I'll be more ambitious! As for next year's race, although they haven't even fixed a date for it yet (smart money says it'll be the weekend of June 11-12), tickets go on sale to the general public on July 16. Tickets for past patrons are already on sale, so I put my 2005 ticket order in on 7/1. Going for section 34 again (inside of the hairpin)... -Ricardo |

| Wow - I only waited 20 days to check for this thread - looking good!!! Matt and I are definately in for next year - and we'll be bringing his MINI so we both can say our car's been on top (I'm the special one now!!!). We'll be spending the week prior heading up the coast looking for surf spots (for Matt) and fun shopping (for me!). I think he should head to the top with the surfboards on - nothing like a 9' board to lift your car off of the mountain!!! We could have flown down last month if we'd done that!!! Anyway - I'm also here to throw my hat in as a volunteer - As I live on my computer and am online all of the time (developing websites and doing research and stuff), I'd be more than happy to hold the email update list and do the mass emailing for ya... (Sir Cod - this is an offer to you!!!) As we're from Jersey - not a lot of help with the on-site planning - however I'm open if ya need it! (I don't count my trip back up there to MA and ME in two weeks as being available!!!) Thanks again - and it's good to see that you're all still nutters!!!! ![]() Heather Hmmmmm |
