Twice, when my kids were younger, we spent a week at Gray Rocks, a terrific ski resort in St. Jovite, on the map near Tremblant. A week of fantastic food, great upper level teaching, and cool guests. I will be tempted to stop.

I would give thought to Thursday. Two concerns for me

1) I don't want to leave LePew stranded (He's not leaving until later Friday)

and 2) I want to make sure everyone from this part of the world has at least one other car to drive up the T way with

However, not having to do that long drive Friday sound enticing.

Got an email this AM from Roman, on LI. He wants to come with us! You guys behave on the boards the next couple of days so we don't scare him away.

I knew you guys had it in you!

Frank from Brooklyn had a friend who was trying to get a satellite linkup for a web connection so he could post articles to a web magazine. I think it fell through because the editors decided to go with Pintos driving to Florida (Can you believe that? I am speechless)

Anyone have access to such an animal? It would be great posting along the way, especially digital video. And, I think we need to have a video beer drinking contest Sat night with the Plymouth Bay folks

Robyn!

I cant believe you have been lurking here. Do I sense a deep seated desire to be MINI-naped and taken along? After all, wouldn't you want to be swept off your feet into the lap of the Arctic wilderness?

Heck, does ANYONE care to be swept off their feet? I checked with everyone going and we are all in a sweeping mood

Let me see. I'm sitting here at work right now with a heater going under my desk because I am eternally cold in this office. Do I want to MINI-napped and taken even further north where the temperatures are bound to be even colder than the temps we experienced in NJ last week? I think not. But I do appreciate the offer of the MINI-napping.

I am leaving Methuen at 2:00pm from work, heading to exit 5 Rt 89 NW of Concord NH should arrive 3:00pm. Still looking for others to agree to meet there. Then heading ASAP to Rouses Point for the night. I hope to arrive by 7:15pm.

Where and when are we meeting Friday morning to start the real trip?

Here's a summary of known rendez-vous points:
Chime in if you have a different plan / place / time.

It's a given we'll all be in Matagmi Friday night.
