GBmini.net is hacked! It appears in all .html pages, but not in php pages like the blog. Are you still on site5, Ian? Just checked, and mine seems OK. I wonder what site5 server he is on, and if it applies to all sites on his server (perhaps they modified the html generation, and didn't get into the actual account and change data)

The cause seems to be lax security within MovableType. It creates all files with permissions 0666 - which means readable AND WRITEABLE by all! My MT.SSI file had been replaced, so instead of the right hand column of links, etc, there was an overlay graphic ![]() MT.SSI replaced, and MT default now 0644 - can't understand why the default is 0666. But luckily, an easy hack and therefore minimal (zero) damage - don't believe it has anything to do with Site5.

So yesterday, while I was taking a few minutes to relax after getting out of jury duty early, I sat down to watch some TV, and found an episode of Knight Rider! And to my amazement, it was in Hi-Def! Then there was a tag for Voom. Remember that? It was the HD-Only sat service, that folded. I forgot that Dish took them over. I also forgot the rediculous number of hd networks they created. What I didn't realize, is I had them all, right there in front of me! I thought the 25 HD channels assumed 5-10 of them were local, but no, those are in addition. I just checked the linup again: Animania HD Family Room HD GamePlay HD Discovery HD Theater Equator HD DISH Network PPV in HD Film Fest HD HDNet Movies Kung Fu HD Monsters HD World Cinema HD HDNews Rave HD ESPN HD ESPN2 HD NFL Network HD Rush HD WorldSport HD Gallery HD HDNet HGTV HD TNT HD Treasure HD Ultra HD Universal HD That doesn't mention all the premiums in HD (I have HBO HD free for 3 months...) and all the local HD stations which I also get. That's right. An HD network just of Monsters. It's HD Overkill. And its great. I think I need to take a day off to watch TV...

Has anyone noticed anything squirelly w/ their PC since they went to gbmini.net? I wasn't able to complete an online cc transaction yesterday, and me being a suspicious person, there's always the distinct possibility that a hacked site could have dropped a keystroke logger on my PC. I've run an AV scan, nothing 'yet'.
