31 with a high of 53. Looks like this will continue through Turkey-day. Working Mon & Tues, then baking pies on Wed, cooking yams on Thurs. Deer season opened here on Saturday, so we'll see how many hunters are following safety recommendations this year!

Up 1 degree this morning. Near 50 later. Pretty much the same through the rest of the week here too.

Deer season opened in NH last Friday. I don't think you can get a license unless you own a pickup truck.

28 with a high of 52 today, and up to 58 tomorrow! Today I'm making 3 pies- apple, cherry & chocolate cream, and will do the sweet potatoes tomorrow.

Properly stuffed after the fine meal yesterday.

Laurie is going to make my life miserable starting today. She wants to strip all the wallpaper out of our bathroom and paint it. Our bathroom sits between our bedroom and my office.

Best of luck to both of you. The only jobs I've known worse than wallpaper stripping were hauling coal and sanding drywall in 90 degree weather.

We had a fine Thanksgiving dinner yesterday, with a tremendous excess of food- 3 kinds of stuffing, 6 kinds of pie. I'm not a big fan of turkey, but this was the best I've had. I stayed to wash dishes, since I hate waking up to dishes myself.

Laurie wanted Thanksgiving dinner redux last night. Tonight...meaty, beefy steaks to combat that foul.

28.4° this morning. A few evil flakes yesterday. Probably the same today.

Go Dawgs. All they have to do is beat Alabama next week to go on to the national championship.
