Have to break out my wedding/funeral suit. Laurie's sister-in-law passed away yesterday afternoon. I've been wearing the suit for far to many funerals and not enough weddings lately.

Sorry to hear about Laurie's sister-in-law. It's still hard to take, even when you know the bad news is coming. Funny, I can't remember when the last wedding I went to was!

33 and freezing drizzle here. Just got back from North Carolina, and I think I should have stayed there until it got nicer up here.

33 and 'light drizzle/fog/mist', with a high of 50. It was really musty in here when I got home. I'm beginning to realize that the downside of a garden apartment is that you are really living in the basement! Might loo into a dehumidifier.

27° and nasty outside. Hardly a creature is stirring thanks to freezing rain overnight. Thankfully they used salt on the roads instead of cinders.

60 here this morning, with winds later up to 55 mph, and back to 32 tomorrow. Skating rink! I think this is th day to change my registration sticker. I didn't want to do it last week when it was 12 degrees!

Off to NYC later today for the memorial service on Sunday. Ah, real pizza. It's been too long. No TV in the house. I'll have to stream the Superbowl on the iPad. Go Harbaugh.

You mean J Harbaugh? Safe travels, and enjoy the pizza! I've only been to original Ray's once (in the 1970s), but I certainly appreciate the difference!

16 now with 'light $%@#', 22 mph wind gusts. We got maybe 1-2" here yesterday, another 2-3 by tomorrow. I have to do some grocery shopping, which is always interesting pre-Super Bowl feeding frenzy. My daughter says during the Superbowl is the best time to go grocery shopping!
