[quote=snidI'm not going to reserve a parking space for my MINI since I don't know 100% that I'll be going. But, I expect someone to have a seat in their MINI if I do decide to go.[/QUOTE]

You could just park your MINI in the field, it would be perfectly camouflaged and no one would notice.

Ah, yes! I forgot about the Boston venue. I believe that the show might be a very different and a most enjoyable experience in a more intimate setting. The theater in LV was in the Luxor and could seat the entire population of a third world country. Even though we were up front (the poncho section), we were still a distance from them. Then they came into the audience, but that's another story....

I saw Blue Man in Chicago. It was a lot of fun, especially for someone like me who doesn't particularly enjoy the performance arts. Sadly though I've heard the show is pretty much the same everywhere so I haven't gone back. I figure give them a few more years and they will have changed slowly enough to have a whole new show.

This is not the first bonfire for old Codcakes. A survivor forwarded a picture of one he ran out in Wellfleet a few years ago.

Oh, a bodhran... I've always wanted one of them. Now I've got an excuse..!

Religion is like a huge dog. If it's yours it's very friendly and comforting, but it scares the heck out of everyone else.

Another gadget!

A note regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages at Burning MINIs.
I know that I spelled out quite clearly in the first post that obnoxious drinkers would be burned at the stake but I think I need to clarify. Consumption is OK at Burning MINIs. I realize that a bottle of wine or 5 beers over 4 hours will take some legally over the limit.
I will personally insist that those who have had one too many be driven by designated drivers to their hotel or a taxi will be called. All for your safety because we loves ya.

Why certainly!! But, I can only bring one to the event. Unless I purchase a trailer hitch for the "S" and tow one of the other Minis! Brilliant!!

Thanks Dan! You're a good bit of all right.

Jared is a non-imbiber too. He owes us big time for bailing him out of his ticket at the MAMA run. Pay back time
